1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Huddle and Whistle (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Huddle and Whistle is a digital media platform covering women's sports, basketball, volleyball, athlete development, NIL, recruiting, and entertainment culture. We offer free and premium content, memberships, commerce, community features, and enterprise tools.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
4. Content
All content published on the Platform is owned by Huddle and Whistle or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Premium content requires an active membership.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you post to communities or submit to the Platform. You grant Huddle and Whistle a non-exclusive license to display and use your content. Prohibited content includes spam, harassment, misinformation, and content that violates intellectual property rights.
6. Minor Protection
Profiles and content involving minors are subject to strict protection controls. Minors require verified parental or guardian consent for public profiles, recruiting profiles, media releases, photo releases, interviews, and NIL inquiries. Contact requests for minors are routed through approved parents, guardians, coaches, agents, or administrators.
7. NIL Marketplace
The NIL Marketplace connects athletes with brands for name, image, and likeness opportunities. Huddle and Whistle facilitates introductions but does not guarantee transactions. All NIL agreements are subject to applicable state and federal laws.
8. Commerce
Purchases of digital products, merchandise, event tickets, and memberships are subject to our Refund Policy. Payment is processed through our approved payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
9. Enterprise API
API access is governed by API keys with scoped permissions. API users must comply with rate limits and terms. Misuse may result in key revocation without notice.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all content. Athletic recruiting and NIL information is provided for informational purposes and should be independently verified.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huddle and Whistle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
